Refund Policy for ji-drive – Car PCBs

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents.

3. Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at pcblink@ji-drive.com with your order number and the reason for the refund.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Approval:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 1 business day.

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or a defect in the product).

6. Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
